Rouge Notary & Tax Services
Rouge was built to make important document preparation and signing feel more organized, more deliberate, and less intimidating.
The practice focuses on Louisiana civil-law notarial services, estate planning documents, succession-related matters, property and title documents, affidavits, mandates, mobile appointments, and future tax preparation services. Rouge is designed for clients who want clear communication, structured intake, and a professional appointment-based process.
Through LegacyPath™, Rouge uses guided intake tools to help clients gather the right information before review, preparation, and signing. The purpose is simple: better organization before important documents are executed.
Important documents should be handled like they matter. That means clear intake, careful review, reliable scheduling, and a signing process that respects the seriousness of the act.
Founder & Owner
Jonathan M. Lee began his public service career in law enforcement in 2017 at the age of 18. Across municipal and parish agencies in Louisiana, he developed a disciplined working knowledge of law, procedure, public records, courtroom process, investigations, and professional responsibility.
His interest in law and public service is also part of a family legacy. His grandfather, Walter Lee, served as Clerk of Court in Evangeline Parish for more than fifty years, shaping Jonathan's respect for the courthouse, the public record, and the careful handling of documents that affect families, property, and legal rights.
After years in law enforcement, Jonathan expanded his work into Louisiana civil-law notarial practice, legal studies, and business education. Rouge reflects that combination of field experience, document discipline, public service, and Louisiana-focused legal tradition.
