Advance Directive Documents

How the process works

  • Choose the living will service or estate document bundle through LegacyPath™ - Quote.
  • Complete intake information so the appointment is organized before signing.
  • Confirm identification, location, and any mobile appointment requirements.
  • Complete the document signing and notarial portion carefully.

Rouge may provide mobile appointments at hospitals, nursing facilities, homes, offices, and other locations when available and permitted.

Is there an extra facility charge for hospitals or nursing facilities?

No separate hospital or nursing facility surcharge is added. A normal mobile convenience fee may still apply based on appointment location.

Can Rouge tell me what medical choices to make?

No. Rouge does not provide medical advice or legal advice. The service is for document support and notarial handling.
