For many routine notarial matters, Rouge can prepare, print, and execute the documents at the same appointment when appropriate. Mobile service is included within our standard service area, and pricing is quoted before the appointment.
That same client-first model is being carried into Rouge Tax Services for Tax Season 2027, with secure online filing, year-round support, and a straightforward way to get help when tax questions do not fit neatly into April.

Founder
Rouge is the kind of professional service I wanted to exist.
Serious work should feel prepared and personal, not intimidating or needlessly expensive.
Jonathan M. Lee began a public-service career in Louisiana law enforcement at 18 and has spent nearly a decade working across municipal and parish agencies. Precision, identity, procedure, confidentiality, and documentation were everyday responsibilities long before they became part of Rouge.
He later expanded that work into Louisiana civil-law notarial practice, paralegal studies, business education, and tax study. Rouge grew from a simple idea: professional service can be careful without being stiff, mobile without feeling improvised, and reasonably priced without feeling cheap.
